At 3 chapters for the main story and 2 side chapters this was incredibly short and sweet. Within the 3 main episodes the artist brought out the gorgeous high school romance so well.
Jiwoon is popular, boisterous, and incredibly annoying. She gets off on the wrong foot with her deskmate Yoosun but can’t leave things as they are.
The two sides of attraction are so interesting within this work. Jiwoon perseveres whilst Yoosun avoids the girl she likes to dodge heartbreak. The differing approaches naturally lead to conflict but the resolution and confession tied everything up really sweetly.
The side stories take on two snapshots of their lives, one when they’re about to start uni and the other when they’re working. There is sexual content in both of those so the tone differs from the main story but overall the story is refreshing. It really is a lovely webtoon.
