Once again, I gave Lovers, Cats, and the Killer a chance because I had some free coins. It’s funny, in a way, having such great expectations about the cats in the story seeing as they’re highlighted in the English title. I’m sure if I was led to this work by the Korean title “Re:meet” I would probably have been annoyed at all the focus on the cats whilst expecting something else. The fact of the matter is, both “Lovers, Cats, and the Killer” and “Re:meet” offer equally important perspectives of the same work.

Ordinarily I like to read webtoons with a romantic element to them but I gave Sasaeng: Obsessive and Tenacious (SOAT) a go simply because it was free in April. It is currently on Tapas as WUF which, is great, but I don’t think I would have been patient enough to survive reading this one chapter per day.

I usually do not even consider Amazon Prime when it comes to kdramas but my mom had The Kidnapping Day saved to a watchlist over there for a while. I’m so glad she pushed to watch this as it is a hidden gem I adore so much.
